Responsibilities :
- Responsible for product launching planning & Implementation
- Develop market access strategy with related functions
- KOL development
- MKT / Sales KPI set up & report ( weekly / monthly )
- MKT program execution
- MKT budget / Spending management
- Target Opinion leader management / field execution monitoring - 5 days of customer visit per month
°æ·Â¿ä°Ç : Qualifications :
- 3~4 years of MKT experience : Preferred.
- Onco or Hemato, rare disease sales or MKT experience : preferred
- Strong in MKT program implementation & Hematology customer engagement
- Excellence in analytic skills in excel - based data management
- Fluency in English : Preferred
- Collaborative communication w/ Sales & Medical team
