´ã´ç¾÷¹« : - Planning and organizing trainings including MR/DSM initial training, Selling/coaching skill training, Sales planning and competency training, Launching brand training
- Taking charge of developing training modules & materials, on-time delivery and follow up
- Keeping good knowledge of Selling skill area and having ability to assess MRs of their skill & competency levels
- Taking partial responsibility of contributing flawless usage of company¡¯s training system
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and revise training program accordingly
°æ·Â¿ä°Ç : - At least 3 years of relating experience in total experience in sales , marketing and training dep.
- Product/Disease knowledge in responsible therapeutic area
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Korean and English
- Commercial-oriented mindset
- Excellent presentation skills
