¿Ü±¹°è Medical Deviceȸ»ç¿¡¼­ Molecular Diagnostics ºÐ¾ß Business Manager¸¦ ã°í °è½Ê´Ï´Ù.

Primary Objectives:
- Set the vision and strategy for the organization, leading the team to achieve the challenging business targets and goals.
- Implement business process to build and expand market share and profit.
- Build, manage, and inspire a successful team that delivers target and customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities:
1. Lead the commercial activities for the business unit in Korea through distributors and/or direct sales channels.
2. Build proper organization abreast of business long-term strategy and plan.
3. Take the responsibility of Profit & Loss.
4. Analyze and report market condition that sales trend, account status, market potential, competitor¡¯s strategy & pricing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree of Clinical Laboratory Science, Master Degree of Clinical Laboratory Science/Technology Management
- More than ten-year experience at diagnostic filed for sales, marketing, customer support, or service.
- At least 5years experience on Sales in Molecular Diagnostics/Life Science or Diagnostics
- Marketing experience is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of laboratory instrument and working process.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to facilitate implementation of complex technical solutions, and must possess independent decision making skills.
- Good English and leadership.
