¿Ü±¹°èÁ¦¾àȸ»ç¿¡¼­ OTC/OTX businessÀÇ ¿µ¾÷ ¹× ¸¶ÄÉÆÃÀ» ÃÑ°ýÇÏ½Ç Manager(Â÷ºÎÀå±Þ)¸¦ ã½À´Ï´Ù.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will develop, establish and execute sales & marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives of OTC/OTX business in Korea.

 Ÿ Be responsible for developing long-term strategy for OTC growth
- Design and roll out optional business model
- Forecast sales and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales achievement
- Identify potential sales opportunity in order to expand the market
- Ensure sales target achievement
 Ÿ Be in charge of marketing strategy & program planning and implementation.
 Ÿ Manage the relationship with the distributors and customers. Be responsible for
developing and reviewing contract terms for partnership agreement.
 Ÿ Understand healthcare compliance and regulations and make sure all marketing
activities are compliant to the updated regulations
 Ÿ Regularly catch up with regional marketing team for branding strategy and other
AP core standard principles or programs.
°æ·Â¿ä°Ç : Position Requirements and Competency Measurements
• More than 3~5 years OTC products sales & marketing experience required
• Apart from OTC experience, 3-5 years of ETC products sales & marketing experience would be plus.
• Distributor management / Business Development experience preferred
• Understanding of health care industry regulation required
• Sales and Marketing careers in dermatology or aesthetics/beauty related products preferred
• English communication °¡´ÉÇϽŠºÐ
• ¿¬¹è´Â 30´ë ÁßÈÄ¹Ý – 40´ë ÃÊÁß¹ÝÀÇ ºÐ ¼±È£ÇÕ´Ï´Ù.
