¿Ü±¹°èÁ¦¾àȸ»ç¿¡¼­ IT Technician(1³â °è¾àÁ÷)À» ã°í °è½Ê´Ï´Ù.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as single point of contact (SPOC), provide support and follow up IT related issues for Korea.
- Provide 1st level technical remote support for common infrastructure, system and laptop client.
- Provide 2nd level onsite laptop, printer, network and other computer peripherals support & escalation.
- Provide helpdesk support to AP locations.
- To provide systems and ID administration
- IT equipment procurement and inventory.
- Handle in house application / Ad-hoc task / Project.
- Implement IT system security in the organization to ensure safety of data and IT systems
- Interact with clients on a daily basis to be able to see and understand their IT problems and provide competent solutions to these problems
- Communicate with regional and global IT team in regards to IT related issues
°æ·Â¿ä°Ç :
Requirements
- Good knowledge of computer hardware & software, computer security systems, computer networking and troubleshooting
- Length of experience in the related areas – 2 years or more
- Multinational companies experience preferred
- Good skills with Microsoft office program (excel, word & etc)
- Moderate level of written and spoken English
- Self starter and work with minimum supervision
- Effective communication skill and problem solving capability
- SQL / SAP knowledge will be added advantage
- ¿¬¹è´Â 30´ë ÃÊ¹Ý ~ Áß¹ÝÀÇ ºÐ ¼±È£ÇÕ´Ï´Ù.
