OVERALL JOB PROFILE:
This position is responsible for new business model development, alliance management, and Licensing & Acquisition projects collaborating with area and headquarter as an integral part in the future growth of the organization
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifies new business opportunities
Evaluates business potential of existing and new market
Collects market information and analyze statistical data
Screens possibility of new business opportunities in line with organization strategy
Develops business model
Explores optimal business model for new business opportunities by the way of co-marketing, co-promotion, in-licensing, new distribution channel etc.
Benchmarks competitors¡¯ strategies and movements to suggest ideas for existing and new products
Negotiates deal conditions and terms in an agreement with a partner in cooperation with relevant the Company stakeholders in area and/ or headquarter
Manages alliance partners
Facilitates internal process to help the Company stakeholders and a partner smoothly commence new business during a transit period
Monitors issues of existing partnership and support commercial team to resolve those issues on hands
Takes accountability of maintenance, renewal and termination of an agreement with an existing partner

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
3+ years¡¯ experience in Business Development and/or Alliance Management
Minimum 7+ years¡¯ experience
Result-orientation, skillful communication, high-powered negotiation skills, strategic thinking and project management
Proficient in both written and spoken English
1-2 years in senior Business Development specialist role, marketing experience in the healthcare industry, experience in a consulting firm are preferred
