OVERALL JOB PROFILE:
This position is responsible for new business model development, alliance management, and Licensing & Acquisition projects collaborating with area and headquarter as an integral part in the future growth of the organization


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifies new business opportunities
 Evaluates business potential of existing and new market
 Collects market information and analyze statistical data
 Screens possibility of new business opportunities in line with organization strategy

Develops business model
 Explores optimal business model for new business opportunities by the way of co-marketing, co-promotion, in-licensing, new distribution channel etc.
 Benchmarks competitors¡¯ strategies and movements to suggest ideas for existing and new products
 Negotiates deal conditions and terms in an agreement with a partner in cooperation with relevant the Company stakeholders in area and/ or headquarter

Manages alliance partners
 Facilitates internal process to help the Company stakeholders and a partner smoothly commence new business during a transit period
 Monitors issues of existing partnership and support commercial team to resolve those issues on hands
 Takes accountability of maintenance, renewal and termination of an agreement with an existing partner

°æ·Â¿ä°Ç : QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
 3+ years¡¯ experience in Business Development and/or Alliance Management
 Minimum 7+ years¡¯ experience
 Result-orientation, skillful communication, high-powered negotiation skills, strategic thinking and project management
 Proficient in both written and spoken English
 1-2 years in senior Business Development specialist role, marketing experience in the healthcare industry, experience in a consulting firm are preferred
