JOB SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for maintaining current Refractive surgery customers and identifying new Refractive customers within a designated geographic area.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintaining Refractive VIP customers and identifying new customers.
This will be accomplished through focused, creative, consultative selling to targeted customers.
2. Provide professional support (including training, information updating, coach surgery) to
Refractive surgery customers to maintain high standard application of Refractive new technologies.
3. Provide marketing support by organizing necessary programs to building Refractive business with distributor. Market Analysis and implementation of the strategies.
4. Co-operation with Distributors to identify potential customers and expanding new customers base.
5. Responsible for the promotion of application of Refractive procedures, especially for the Wavescan application.
Work with special VIP to develop patient education program for the Wavescan technologies.
°æ·Â¿ä°Ç : REQUIREMENTS
• BS degree in Medical is preferable, or at least with Business/Marketing degree with 3 to 5 years'
experience in Eye Care/Ophthalmology.
• With Essential English communication skill (Listening and oral)
• Be a self-starter and a strategic thinker. Organizational and follow-up skills required.
• Public speaking skills and training experience required.
• Personal skills need to include, flexibility and creative selling techniques.
• Willing to travel.
