This position is responsible for medical ultrasound transducer projects management.
• Component Design for Medical Ultrasound Transducers.
- Flex circuit design
- Machining component (Plastic, Stainless steel, Aluminum, Graphite, PZT)
- Industrial design & ergonomic design
- Injection molded, Overmolded plastic component
- Sheet metal component
- Cable assembly and FAO
• Design of process and manufacturing tools.
• Working with vendors closely such as machine shop, injection mold vendor, sheet metal vendors to get prototype sample.
• Verification work for protosamples including first article inspection, mechanical testing.
• Sustaining work for existing transducer parts and design to change project.
• Engineering documentation control including drawing, technical/engineering files.

[ÀÚ°ÝÁ¶°Ç]
• Master's Degree in Mechanical engineering and 3+ years of applicable technical experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical engineering and 5+ years of applicable technical experience
• Expert level: 3D CAD (Pro-E), 2D AUTOCAD design knowledge
• Advanced level
- Flex circuit, Manufacturing too design
- Injection molded part design, sheet metal part design
- DOE or analysis methodology
- Mechanical reliability test knowledge
- English skill (writing, speaking, listening : TOEIC 800+)
• Basic level
- Industrial design/Ergonomic design skill
- PCB design |
