외국계합작제약회사에서 SCM Manager(차장급)를 찾습니다.

Role Description
• Stock management (inventory levels, safety stock policy, order placement).
• Forecast planning with market.
• KPI implementation (forecast accuracy, service levels).
• Communication with S&M teams on on-going supply issues and demands Local problem solving (local allocation of inventory, prioritization).
• Lead the supply chain team
• Support to all on-going process - LBE, WP, Launch preparations.
• Manage orders with sites, review of supply commits and local prioritization if needed.
• Monthly reports - order status, supply issues, out of stock reports, etc.
• Full responsibility for market.

Additional Role beyond SCM

• During the first year (or longer), as the company is setting up its operation, there could be other responsibilities for this job mainly related to wholesaler management support. The details of these responsibilities will be discussed during interview process.
