경영정보부(IT)에서 근무하실 IT Infrastructure Engineer분을 찾고 계십니다.
Responsibilities
- 1st Level User Support for IT Infrastructure Services
- Provide first level support for end-user computing
environment, including general network administration,
laptop and desktop troubleshooting, application software support.
- Support end-users for other IT Infrastructure related
services such as office telephone, company mobile phone
and applications running on mobile IT devices.
- Response to IT Infrastructure service tickets from
end-users and ensure timely research, routing, escalation and
resolution of technical problems and requirements.
- Handle installation of OS (Operating System) and additional
software/hardware requirements for end-user PCs.
- Project Support and Others
- Participate in IT Infrastructure projects such as
new service roll-out and provide necessary supports.
- Fulfill Information Security requirements for end-user PCs.

| 경력요건 : |
Requirements
• Comprehensive understanding of general business processes
• Working knowledge and troubleshooting
capability for followings;
- IT System & Network Essentials
- Microsoft Windows Server Fundamentals
- Microsoft Windows XP/7 Experties
- Microsoft Office Advanced
• Ability to communicate effectively in both
oral and written English, including presentation in English
- Highly self-motivated attitude
