외국계 Healthcare회사(Aesthetics 및 OTC품목관련)에서 Head of Operations(사장/Korea)포지션의 적임자를 찾고 계십니다.
Asia Pacific CEO에게 reporting하시며, 한국내 전직원은 약 60여분되시는 조직입니다(Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, RA, Admin부서등)


Position Summary:


Main responsibility is to build the business through sales and marketing of existing and new products to existing and new customers.
The position will manage all aspects of the business (marketing, regulatory, clinical, operations, and finance) needed to achieve the sales goals.
The position reports directly to the CEO of Asia Pacific.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the overall management of the countries and ensure that sales targets are met and expenses are managed. (Country’s P&L)

2. Developing business objectives, setting up sales & marketing strategies and developing long-term plans for the country.

3. Understand healthcare compliance and regulations and make sure all marketing activities are compliant to the updated regulations

4. Direct communication between the countries and Asia Pacific Region. Regularly catch up with regional marketing team for branding strategy and other AP core standard principles or programs.

5. Develop and retain key customers (physicians, patients, etc) through various KOL management programs.

경력요건 : Education and/or Experience (years):


Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing
Sales and Marketing careers in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetics/beauty related products required.
Consumer/OTC products experience preferred
Sales and Marketing Experience in handling customers in clinics is required
Understanding of health care industry regulation is required
People management and department management experience is required
Must good written and verbal communication skills in English.
연배는 40대 중반(42-47세) 전후의 분 선호합니다.
