담당업무 : 외국계제약회사에서 Accounting & Financial Planning 을 총괄하는 Finance Manager를 찾고 계십니다. 2분의 부하직원이 계십니다.

Responsibilities:
- Managed all finance functions such as accounting, Tax, FP&A and company wide financial projects.
- Supervise overall finance operation flow and monthly closing &reporting
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures. Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Perform the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
- Responsible for developing and applying accounting policies and principles to accounting records and financial statements as well as ensuring proper level of internal control is maintained
- Provide financial reporting to the management team or region
- Perform yearly audit, internal control audit and tax filing
- Governance for company policies and industry compliance code
경력요건 : - Strong FP&A(Financial Planning & Analysis) background and solid understanding in
accounting and tax regulation
- 6년 이상의 FP&A 경력자로 총 10년 이상의 Finance 경력자
- More than 3 years of experience in finance managerial position with direct reports
- People management experience with leadership
- Excellent English communication skill
- SAP/ERP implementation experience preferred
- Pharmaceutical or Medical device industry experience preferred
- 30대 중반-후반의 분 선호합니다.
