´ã´ç¾÷¹« : - Provide Technical Support to company¡¯s Informatics customers by customer support tickets, replying to emails primarily and answering telephone calls in line with departmental measures
- Document and record all activity and communication with customers over telephone and email according to departmental standards of quality.
- Record all activity in the company¡¯s logging system and update cases in order that progress can be tracked with each customer¡¯s ticket
- Perform trouble shooting and implement solution to Technical issues
°æ·Â¿ä°Ç : - Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar engineering discipline including Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required
- At least 2 years of experience covering the entire software lifecycle in a team environment
- Good Command of English, both verbal and written
- Computer Skills: Knowledgeable in technology including SQL, .Net and C#. Expertise in database applications, particularly with Oracle and/or MS SQL Server a plus
