담당업무 : 1. Manage the operations and logistics to receive all goods to and from destinations in time.
- Monitor outgoing and incoming of stock on a daily level compare to forecasts and conduct corrective actions
- Manage all import & export process with local customs brokers or other partners involved
- Track KPIs for Operations and Logistics
- Follow through document procedures for all processing

2. Understand all requirements (legal, regulatory, and logistical) to ship to and from various places.

3. Play a role of bridging the operations between Korea, region and global team.
- Closely communicate with global & region team to ensure flawless logistics
- Handle issues in a professional manners

4. Internally lead supply chain function.
- Hold monthly supply chain management meeting
- Manage the supply planning process for all products supplied by company and other distributors
- Key contributor to local SCM/logistics projects
- Work with relevant internal stakeholders such as marketing, sales, RA, QA function, in order to meet both commercial function’s needs and regulatory requirements.

5. Supervise and ensure constructive work relation with external warehouses and 3PL agencies
경력요건 : - 최소 5년 이상의 SCM, Logistics and operations 관련 경력
- Multinational Pharmaceuticals companies experience preferred
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills as he/she has to maintain very good relationships with different sets of people
