외국계 제약회사에서 Credit Control Manager를 찾고 계십니다.


Responsibilities:
The credit control position is responsible for managing outstanding AR to the company and plays a vital role in
the cash flow of the organization ensuring credit given to customers is monitored and controlled effectively.

1. Develop strategy for short term & long term credit control
2. Be the representative to face and communicate with accounts by visiting, sending statements, field audit or negotiations
3. Proceed the legal actions on bad debt, if necessary
4. Work aggressive to meet monthly and annually DSO targets
5. Proceed/escalate the approval process on credit limit and term
6. Liaise with the sales and finance teams to resolve outstanding credit risk and issues
7. Investigate and resolve issues relating to over-due invoices.
8. Daily and month end reporting and AR reconciliations.
9. Ad hoc support or projects in company-wide or Finance area
경력요건 :
Requirements
1. More than 7 years of credit control experience is required
2. Work experience in healthcare industry is required (preferred for clinics and pharmacy)
3. Experience in finance or field sales is preferred
4. Excellence communication and negotiation skill
5. Hands on strategic and analytical skills
6. Take initiatives and responsibility in a mature and collaborative manner
7. Teamwork and positive/confident work attitude
8. Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel
